neither cold nor hot In 1947 when
Americans stopped telling their government what they could and could not
do, government and judges began to tell the people what they could and
could not do. Liberty no longer was of God, but of government.
In consequence of that apathy,
along with America’s true history ignored, the warnings by the founders
continue to go unheeded and the foretold result they proclaimed is fast
becoming a reality, a government of the government, by the government,
for the government aided by a
despotic
branch.
We the People
have become complacent and morphed into
We the
Sheeple. As it depicts, sheeple are weak
and in need of masters
of a cradle-to-grave-nanny-state.
The land of
the free and the home of the brave has
become the land of the drones and home of the immature. The prognosis is
evident, if virtue is not restored the American Way of Life will cease.
If the Christian church continues to refuse to be disobedient to the
Great Commission, how will virtue be restored? Who else is capable?
Judges? Democrats? Republicans? News Media? Government-run schools?
"Higher education?" Hollywood? Conservative pundits? Would these
factions today have fought for America’s independence in 1776? If we
rely on these factions for the virtue required we will instead be
witness to our children living under a state of complete political
correctness. Christians do not have an excuse.
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our
learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might
have hope. Romans 15:4
Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all
our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And
were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all
eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink:
for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock
was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they
were overthrown in the wilderness. Now these things were our examples,
to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The
people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. Neither let us
commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three
and twenty thousand. Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also
tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. Neither murmur ye, as some of
them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. Now all these
things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our
admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. Wherefore let him
that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
1 Corinthians 10:1-12
Just as Israel failed to
remain holy unto God, they were overtaken by other nations. Today
Christians have abandoned their "first
love," and neglected the preaching of
the Kingdom of God, while secular liberal humanists have taken advantage
of that apathy and redesigned America. While we
murmur
in the
wilderness of false
ineptitude, progressive politically correct liberals “take advantage of
our crisis.”
He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches.
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things
saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the
creation of God; I know thy works, that you are neither cold nor hot: I
would you were cold or hot. So then because you art lukewarm, and
neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. Because you say,
I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knows
not that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and
naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that you may
be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed, and that the shame
of your nakedness do not appear; and anoint your eyes with eyesalve,
that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous
therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any
man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will
sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcomes will I grant to sit
with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my
Father in his throne. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit
says unto the churches. Revelation 3:13-22 (See

The Christian's role is to be
an ambassador for the Kingdom of God.
"Behold, I
send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be you therefore wise as
serpents, and harmless as doves."
Matthew 10:16
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall
judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach
the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort
with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they
will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they
heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn
away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2 Timothy 4:1 The only way
America will be restored to righteousness is by the righteous.
(Note to progressives who will
falsely assert this is promoting theocracy. See “Theocracy?”
