The Assault on America's Christian Heritage

The result of numerous and various assaults by ultra-liberal world socialists, if allowed to proceed, may just eradicate America's Christian Heritage. The warnings for Americans to examine are the consequences and news items coming from France, Scandinavia, and Canada.

Will the outcome of these assaults (1) make all nations "equal" under United Nations treaties, thus ending the sovereignty of individual nations? and (2) replace national citizenship with global citizenship under rule of an unelected Security Council?

The primary assault against the U.S. Constitution, the First, Second, and Fifth Amendments are blatantly obvious in their undermining the Original Intent of America's Founders. Supreme Court decisions treating the Constitution as a "living document" meant to evolve with time and "progress" as well as basing decisions not on the Constitution, but on international rulings.

The First Amendment

Decisions which expand "unalienable Rights" even though those decisions violate the basic tenants of entitlement, "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God." The First Amendment, the "establishment clause" essentially has turned the phrase "freedom of religion" to "freedom from religion." This has allowed the ACLU and the AU to diminish the traditional family and marriage through law suits and judicial rulings. This has accomplished exactly what the ultra-liberals in Congress are unable to do, legislate immorality or win voter approval of violations that go against nature. Thomas Jefferson who acted on "free exercise thereof" has instead been erroneously interpreted in a letter, while an official American document and his own actions reveal the direct opposite of what "separationists" claim. Thomas Jefferson who wrote the words "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" in the very first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, has done so apparently, in vain, even to conservatives.

The Second Amendment

The assaults against the Second Amendment are tactics used by tyrants.

Fifth Amendment

Property rights are being assaulted under the guise of the "common good" and "Sustainable Development." United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is stealing American land. The United Nations through their deceptive World Heritage Sites or Biosphere Reserves agenda already control many National Parks: Yellowstone, The Florida Everglades, The Grand Canyon, Thomas Jefferson's Home at Monticello, Independence Hall in Philadelphia, The Statute of Liberty, Redwood, Mammoth Cave, Great Smokey Mountains, Yosemite, and more American landmarks. Using "environmental concerns" UNESCO is already indoctrinating America's school children with "sustainable development" philosophies, and they want a Global Income Tax to fund their devious efforts.

Multiculturism and the English Language

Legal and illegal immigration putting a seemingly unending burden on the social fabric of American society.

Americans are being forced to learn the culture and language of immigrants, because immigrants have been allowed freely to take, while our society is paying a price we cannot afford, in taxes, medical, education, jobs, and infrastructure, simply because of the non-compliance of immigrants, as allowed by corrupt businesses and politicians.

11 million illegal aliens live in America. Each year the American tax burden for them is $68 billion. Also each year bilingual education costs are $28 billion, plus $7 billion a year in Welfare, plus $133 billion in American job losses. Nearly 1 million legal immigrants and an unknown number of illegal immigrants come to America each year, when studies show America currently can only absorb 300,000 a year. 400,000 foreigners now collect Social Security and Medicare, 25% of Federal prisoners are immigrants.

Apathy or Taking Action

However, all the comments in quotes were actual comments as attributed and some of the Kennedy comments are taken right out of his press release on Alito. While the letter actually mirrors, verbatim, the Democrats' position on Alito, it was crafted by Mr. Alexander. What is interesting to note, however, is that many folks are convinced he did -- which means there is nothing in there that is inconsistent with the real Teddy Kennedy!
