Quote I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear. Rosa Parks
The Hidden Disease that is Killing Women You may have heard that heart disease is the number one killer of American women, but why is it that so many women don't know they have heart disease until it is too late?
Here are some of the red-flag symptoms women should watch out for:
Extreme fatigue
Shortness of breath
Persistent nausea
Persistent dizziness
Pain in shoulders, jaw, and neck.
(Not to make light of this disease, but this sounds like a reaction to the left's rhetoric. Although pain may also be experienced in the derriere. ETH)

A Divided America? By Coach Dave Daubenmire - Diane Feinstein and Ted Kennedy are about as mainstream as homosexual cowboys.
"One of the things that drives Republicans crazy is the media's enormous double-standard in how they cover various scandals... Skeptics can go to the Web site of the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, popularly known as the House ethics committee. Click on 'historical documents,' and go to a publication called 'Historical Summary of Conduct Cases in the House of Representatives.'... By my count, there have been 70 different members of the House who have been investigated for serious offenses over the last 30 years, including many involving actual criminality and jail time. Of these, only 15 involved Republicans, with the remaining 55 involving Democrats." —Bruce Bartlett
The (blue) State of the Union address Feb 2, 2006 by Larry Elder My fellow Americans, I am evil. ...I've been a lousy economic steward. I came into office with an economy headed towards recession, and shortly thereafter we endured the 9/11 terrorist attacks. We then invaded two countries, Iraq and Afghanistan. And, most recently, our economy endured hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Since I've been in office, our productivity growth has averaged over 3.5 percent per year, with inflation remaining low. Unemployment stands at 4.9 percent, 400,000 new jobs were created in the last two months, and homeownership is at an all-time high. But, I agree with nearly half of Americans who believe we are already in a recession. And I expect to go down in history -- as I should -- as presiding over the worst economy since Herbert Hoover.
The Flag and I by Burt Prelutsky ...You see, one day, on my way home, I began to think how lucky I was to have been born in this country. Through no effort of my own, having made no sacrifice, taken no risk, I was the beneficiary of freedom, liberty, education, comfort, security and, yes, even luxury. It was not the first time I had acknowledged this good fortune.

The Democrat plan for winning the war on terror: Cartoon by Michael Ramirez (Also in the February 2006 NewsMax magazine.)
He that has ears to hear, let him hear....And as the left continues their assault against Judeo-Christians and pander to the "religion of peace..."
Arab Cartoons Trash 9/11, Holocaust Muslims all over the world are outraged over a series of cartoons that have appeared in European newspapers in recent months that feature the prophet Mohammed in ways that suggest he condones terrorism. Al Jazeera reports, for instance: "Up to 300 Indonesian Muslims went on a rampage in the lobby of a building housing the Danish embassy in Jakarta on Friday. Shouting 'Allahu Akbar' [God is Greatest], they smashed lamps with bamboo sticks, threw chairs, lobbed rotten eggs and tomatoes and tore up a Danish flag." These same outraged folks, however, have yet to express a peep of protest over cartoons that routinely appear in the Arab press, which poke fun at the 9/11 attacks and the Holocaust. Mideast media watchdog Tom Gross has collected on his Web site a few of the cartoons that keep some of these sensitive souls in stitches.
Media Bias? At what cost?
Major Terror Plot Against U.S. Ignored - NewsMax - The mainstream U.S. media outlets have failed to report a major terrorist plot against the U.S. - because it would tend to support President Bush's use of NSA domestic surveillance, according to media watchdog groups. News of a planned attack masterminded by three Algerians operating out of Italy was widely reported outside the U.S., but went virtually unreported in the American media.
During the State of the Union, CBS took a "flash" poll to gauge support for the President's speech. The results: 77 percent approved; 23 percent disapproved. When reporting the results after the speech, Bob Schieffer couldn't believe his eyes, even issuing a little disclaimer: "Now, remember, this does not necessarily reflect the feelings of the country because traditionally we found out in recent years more Republicans watch when a Republican makes the speech; more Democrats watch when a Democrat makes the speech."
American Minute with Bill Federer February 5
Guilty of preaching religious liberty in England, Roger Williams fled to Boston on February 5, 1631. He pastored a short time before being banished from Massachusetts Bay Colony by Puritan John Cotton, who himself had been persecuted by Anglicans in England. Williams was befriended by the Narragansett Indians, who gave him land for Providence Plantation, Rhode Island. This was the first place ever where the freedom to worship was separated from state control. In 1639, he organized the first Baptist Church in the new world. The "notorious disagreements" between Williams and Cotton led to the publishing of: "Mr. Cotton's Letter Lately Printed, Examined and Answered," 1644, in which Williams wrote: "The church of the Jews under the Old Testament is the type, and the church of the Christians under the New Testament is the anti-type, were both separate from the world; and when they opened a gap in the hedge or wall of separation between the garden of the church and the wilderness of the world, God hath ever broken down the wall... therefore if He will ever please to restore His garden and paradise again, it must of necessity be walled in peculiarly unto Himself from the world." In writing to the Danbury Baptists, 1802, Jefferson referred to this "wall of separation between Church and State." - Endnotes at www.AmericanMinute.com P.O.
