Thursday evening, March 9: Taxpayer-funded homosexual group holding anti-parent strategy meeting: "Planning the 'Day of Silence' and Dealing with Opposition from the Far Right". Targeting your kids in their schools!

One of the biggest lies that parents across the country are told is that the annual "Day of Silence" is completely organized by students, not adults. I've had more than one principal, and countless teachers, tell me that to my face. It's become a mantra of the gay "youth" movement. And it's a complete lie.

The Day of Silence is promoted by the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a well-financed national homosexual organization aimed at promoting homosexuality among schoolchildren. On Thursday night, March 9, the Boston office of GLSEN is holding TWO seminars for "educators" of your children. As listed on their website, they are:

Thursday March 9th
Planning the Day of Silence and Dealing with Opposition
from the Far Right

Thursday March 9th
Day of Silence Planning workshop for GSA advisors

Yes, you've read this right. They're holding workshops to train their people in the schools (1) how to put on the "Day of Silence" and (2) how to deal with YOU: the "opposition." Or, as they put it -- the "far right."

Check it out on their website (if they haven't taken it down) at http://www.glsenboston.org/events.htm
(You can also register and go yourself!)

Depraved is not too strong a word for describing GLSEN. Remember the Little Black Book scandal last year? It was passed out at a GLSEN conference for kids. At a high school. And it included bizarre workshops such as a "Transgender Panel" for kids.

And remember Fistgate? Another GLSEN event. And GLSEN receives thousands of dollars of YOUR tax money, given to them by Gov. Romney's Department of Education, largely for the purpose of promoting homosexuality in your schools (here's just one example) through gay clubs, assemblies, and other activities.

The "Day of Silence"

The "Day of Silence" is an odious propaganda event held each April in high schools and middle schools across the country, the brainchild of GLSEN. During an entire school day, children (and teachers) are asked to wear pro-homosexual rainbow stickers on their clothes, and remain silent during the school day, in solidarity of the national homosexual movement. They are told that this is a noble cause, equated to the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s.

These are ostensibly organized by "Gay-Straight Alliance" clubs in the schools. But the level of organization has always been very sophisticated, and the money involved quite substantial. And somehow a lot of adults seem to be doing things behind the scenes. Well, now we know more. . .

Click here for the GLSEN-sponsored Day of Silence website. (Amd check out their "Day of Silence organizing manual, which you can download there.)

Here's GLSEN's national website.

And check out GLSEN's list of gay clubs in Mass. schools (And we know there are more!)

Take Action!

Tell the adults at GLSEN Boston's office to keep their hands and propaganda off of other people's children:

Phone: 617.536.9669
Fax: 617.236.0334

Tell Gov. Romney that this disgusting organization needs to get OUT of our education system, OUT of the Department of Education, and OUT of taxpayers' pockets. (We can tell you from experience, that the governor's people don't want to touch this subject. Well, while he's off in South Carolina, your kids are getting the full court press from GLSEN.)
