Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness... Matthew 6 (We are to personally and individually seek FIRST the Kingdom of God AND His Righteousness ahead of all else including self and politics. This does not mean however we are to hide our Light or refrain from "reproving the world of sin." Imagine if the Christians who created our Republic did so.)

Should Christians Argue Politics? by Frank Pastore - For the past several months I’ve heard two recurring themes from critics of my show: “You’re too political and unloving, Christians shouldn’t argue about politics,” and “You’re not fair and balanced, you’re close-minded and too biased against liberals.” Perhaps many Christians believe these things because they don’t understand politics is really an exercise of theology applied—one way we love our neighbors as ourselves. Our political and social policies should grow out of our theology, not vice versa. We are not to reverse engineer our theology based upon our political and social agendas. Our faith is foundational to everything else. For Christians, theology creates and shapes our approach to politics; for non-Christians, politics creates and shapes their approach to theology—or at least their worldview.

EarsToHear.net comments: Don't talk about religion or politics, talk instead about the Kingdom of God, which is NOT a religion, and the liberty that comes from God, vs. liberty as mandated by secular humanistic politicians and judges. Discuss the difference between the Republic of America's Christian Heritage and today's "politically correct" government. See EarsToHear.net for details.

"We the people" or "we the sheeple?"

If concerned citizens of both the Kingdom of God and America (I.E. those that vote), remain silent, what is happening in Massachusetts will happen in every other state where "citizens" remain silent. As EarsToHear.net has been asking, (warning), "Will our descendants know Biblical moral virtue?" Who is responsible for America's future? Government, or "We the people?" At the very least watch the video and decide whether to employ Biblical moral virtue or apathy, where excuses such as "we can't fight city hall" have brought us to this point.  How will "we the people" determine the future of our descendants?

Example...the next major battlefield state in the culture war, California: Will California parents, like Massachusetts, surrender the primary role of parents and like Germany under Hitler, relinquish both the moral and academic education to a secular humanistic "politically correct" socialist government? Before making a rash judgment on that statement, see the video.

Urgent Summons to California - A Message from Lou Engle: Dear Friends of TheCall, - Once again, as you know, we are in a moment of extraordinary crisis in America. These elections will shape the future of our nation for the next 40 years. The future of millions of unborn children and wounded mothers is at stake. The judges that will be appointed by the next president will help determine whether or not America will fully turn away from the fixed moral standards of God's loving laws.

If that were not enough, California has now legalized same-sex marriage and the implications of this ruling are so far-reaching that it demands an immediate and urgent response from the church. I am emailing our entire email list this most profound video describing a true incident that has taken place in Massachusetts, the only other state that has legalized same-sex marriage. When you watch it, you will understand that we are in a spiritual battle that calls for desperate fasting and prayer.

On November 1, we are summoning the church from across California and the nation to gather together in united fasting and prayer at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego to take a stand for marriage in California.

As California goes, in many ways, so goes the nation. A major prayer leader from Egypt spoke to me and said that he had been weeping over California because he knew that if this law is not reversed by the vote of Californians on November 4, a spirit will spread across the world that will be stronger than Islam. It is a spirit of lawlessness, and that spirit will affect every nation. He said, "Lou, please call the whole world to pray for California on November 1 through God TV."

My brothers and sisters, many of my friends are saying that TheCall California will be the most significant Call we have ever done. It is not just about California-it is about the whole nation.

I am appealing to you who have stood by TheCall these years to drop everything to come to Qualcomm Stadium and join this mighty prayer battle that is going on. Nehemiah, in a time of spiritual warfare said, "We are widely divided along this wall, when you hear the sound of the trumpet, gather to me there, and there the Lord will fight for us." There are certain spiritual powers of darkness that will not be restrained unless we are willing to gather. God promises if we will do that, He will fight for us. "This kind does not come out but by prayer and fasting."

News and commentary (News & Commentary)

Argus Hamilton “Spanish police arrested a self-styled Robin Hood in Madrid Friday. He took out millions of dollars in loans and gave the money to the poor, and now he refuses to pay it back. He had to sit in jail for two hours before he was bailed out by U.S. taxpayers.”

What Washington is Really Up To “[House Majority Whip] Clyburn was not whipping the votes you would have expected him to, in part because he was uncomfortable doing it, in part because we didn’t want the push for votes to be successful. All we needed was enough to potentially get us over the finish line, but we wanted the Republicans to be the ones to do it. This was not going to be a Democrat-passed bill if the Speaker had anything to say about it.” - Democrat leadership aide, “Democrat Leaders Played to Lose,” The American Spectator, September 30th, 2008. Nancy Pelosi has set the American economy on the fast track to the Welfare State. The more it tanks, the more she and Congressional Democrats believe it will benefit them politically. And that will enable them to implement their socialist agenda. ...Of course, it is intended to expand the Democrat congressional majority and put Barack Obama in the White House. But really, it’s even worse than that. Ultimately, the goal of Democrats is to foist yet more Big Government on the American people. In this case, to nationalize the banking industry. Which, of course, is their solution to every ill that befalls the nation (even if Big Government, itself, is the root cause). Oil prices too high? Nationalize the oil industry. Not enough homeowners? Nationalize the mortgage industry. Not enough college students? Nationalize the student loan industry. Not enough health care? Nationalize health insurance. You get the picture. And it isn’t very pretty. ...The $700 billion bailout vote provided just the opportunity they perceived was necessary. It is no accident that the bill was voted on Monday afternoon at the height of market trading on Wall Street. Once the word was out that the bill had failed—after the market had been falsely led to believe that it was a fait accompli—of course, the traders were going to sell off. Which is exactly what the cynical Democrats wanted. They want to the economy to tank so that they gain enough political power to enact their socialist, economic nationalization policies in short order. It is high treachery, and it must be exposed. After all, if Americans are to continue down the road to serfdom, they at least have the right to know.

Morning Bell: Preventing the Biggest Bailout of All Posted By Conn Carroll On October 1, 2008 @ 8:56 am In Entitlements, Entrepreneurship - The bailout parade is continuing unabated in Washington this week. On the heels of a [1] $25 billion bailout for the automotive industry, the Bush Administration agreed yesterday to a [2] $4.3 billion bailout of [3] Massachusetts’ out of control health care spending. Apparently when numbers like $700 billion are being thrown around, numbers like $25 billion and $4 billion begin to sound like chump change. These “crises” all share one thing in common: they all could have been avoided if our politicians made relatively small but unpopular decisions today to avert disaster in the future. This failure is all too common among our current crop of leaders and it is sending our nation straight into [4] a crisis 60 times larger than the proposed Wall Street bailout.

Pelosi paid husband with PAC funds Jennifer Haberkorn - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has directed nearly $100,000 from her political action committee to her husband's real estate and investment firm over the past decade, a practice of paying a spouse with political donations that she supported banning last year. Financial Leasing Services Inc. (FLS), owned by Paul F. Pelosi, has received $99,000 in rent, utilities and accounting fees from the speaker's "PAC to the Future" over the PAC's nine-year history. The payments have quadrupled since Mr. Pelosi took over as treasurer of his wife's committee in 2007, Federal Election Commission records show. FLS is on track to take in $48,000 in payments this year alone - eight times as much as it received annually from 2000 to 2005, when the committee was run by another treasurer. Lawmakers' frequent use of campaign donations to pay relatives emerged as an issue in the 2006 election campaigns, when the Jack Abramoff lobbying scandal gave Democrats fodder to criticize Republicans such as former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay of Texas and Rep. John T. Doolittle of California for putting their wives on their campaign and PAC payrolls for fundraising work.

Pastors Defy IRS Rules, Back Candidates CBNNews.com - "These pastors are sending their sermons to the IRS, and inviting the IRS to take a look at the issue.," Alliance Defense Fund Senior Legal Counsel Erik Stanley. ...The challenge was more than merely defiant - it was a strategic move meant to lure the IRS into legal battle. "It's designed to restore the right of pastors to freely speak from the pulpit on Scriptural issues related to candidates and elections, without government censorship or control," Stanley explained Now it appears that the ADF may get its day in court. The Americans United for Separation of Church and State have retaliated by filing complaints with the IRS against the churches involved. ...IRS code currently allows churches to pass out voter guides, hold non-partisan voter registration drives, and host forums on issues. But churches are barred from endorsing political candidates - either directly or indirectly.  "ADF will oppose any attempt by the IRS to use the Johnson Amendment to remove a church's tax-exempt status because a pastor exercised his constitutional right to engage in religious speech from the pulpit," Stanley said. "The goal is to have the Johnson Amendment declared unconstitutional." "If you have a concern about pastors speaking about electoral candidates from the pulpit, ask yourself this: Should the church decide that question, or should the IRS?" Stanley said. "IRS rules don't trump the Constitution-and the First Amendment certainly trumps the Johnson Amendment. Churches were tax exempt long before the IRS even existed."

Please answer the following questions to see where you agree or disagree with Barack Obama: Brad O'Leary, author of The Audacity of Deceit , joined Glenn Beck to talk about some of the issues he came up with while investigating Barack Obama. He goes issue by issue to see how the most liberal Senator in the United States stacks up against the average American. One interesting survey question O'Leary thought to ask was 'how much in taxes should someone pay if they win a million dollars in the lottery?'

Obama, Taxes, and 'Facts' by L. Brent Bozell III -  In 2008, reporters and columnists touting Obama are repeatedly citing numbers by something called the Tax Policy Center – and you’ll never hear that this is a project operated by two liberal-Democrat think tanks – to suggest Obama will actually cut middle-class taxes more than John McCain. That, of course, assumes that President Obama will follow his plan to the letter, and that a newly elected liberal House and Senate will rubber-stamp his alleged tax cut for “95 percent” of Americans. That, by the way, is a serious math error. Please explain how it’s possible to cut 95 percent of Americans’ taxes when the Tax Foundation reports that 40 percent of Americans don’t pay any income tax. If you think you can, I’d like to interest you in a sub-prime mortgage. This math apparently is too sophisticated for the guardians of “fact,” who are nowhere to be found.

Indoctrination: "Mainstream" Media, Hollywood,& Education? - (Media, Hollywood, Secular Education) The good, the bad, and the ugly...Without a Heritage every generation starts over  Will our descendants know moral virtue? The primary responsibility of education DOES NOT belong to schools.  (Deuteronomy 6:5-7)

"A trained intelligence can do much, but there is no substitute for morality, character and religious conviction."  President Calvin Coolidge

"Knowledge unenlightened by the truth of God is dark knowledge. We may have a B.S., an M.S., and a Ph.D., but without the Lord all we have is dark information. It may help navigate us in the world of darkness, but by itself will never lead us to the truth. Apart from the revelation of the Spirit of God, none of us could ever find our way into the light. Darkly educated people are like those whom Paul described to his young protégé', Timothy, as 'always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth.'" "Politically Correct" - (Politically Correct with PC dictionary) Examples and results of Political Correctness which means using unrighteous deception which lack Biblical Moral Virtue. Remove the Light (Jesus) and darkness (politically correct secular humanism) inevitably ensues.

Without any Biblical moral virtue"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made." Groucho Marx.

“We are apt to be deluded into false security by political catch-words, devised to flatter rather than instruct.” James A. Garfield

"Politically Correct" means using unrighteous deception and requires a lack of Biblical Moral Virtue. Being "Politically Correct" is not only foolish, but dangerous.
