A: Comments, requests and  feedback are welcomed and encouraged. All information is kept private and never shared with the exception of threats. A valid eMail address, which is verified, is required for a response from EarsToHear.net. eMail correspondence is the preferred method. Phone numbers are optional and only with a qualifying message would any return phone calls will be considered. eMails with spoofed eMail addresses are not processed and deleted. Due to comments from "reprobate minds," messages are scanned for profanity, and if found, the message will simply be deleted. All threats are sent on to local law enforcements of both EarsToHear.net and to the location determined by the originating captured IP address sent with the message.
